Pace International has been awarded the inaugural Janssen PMP Customer of the Year Award 2007 based on their outstanding achievements with PENBOTEC^TM in the US pome fruit market. Pace successfully introduced this exciting new product for the pome fruit post harvest market to an industry that has not had a new fungicide in over 30 years.

Pace was selected for the award based on competitive scoring in nine categories.

Janssen PMP recognizes Pace as a dedicated and loyal partner who provides fruit packers with the latest technology developed by Janssen PMP and delivered in a sustainable manner to customers on an individual account management basis.

The success of PENBOTEC^TM has been achieved over the course of 3 years as a result of the continuous effort by Pace’s technical and sales teams. The successful introduction and broad recognition of the PENBOTEC^TM brand in the market place has been well established in a short time primarily due to the diligence of the Pace effort.

The award was presented to George Lobisser, CEO of Pace International, during the Fruit Logistica trade fair in Berlin in February 2007.
